Component Runner does the modeling
You design the trusses
|
There are two distinct steps in the component design process, modeling, (or layout), and component design. It is estimated that the modeling step represents 70% of the overall process and component design represents the remaining 30%. Many component manufacturers recognize these as two distinct areas of expertise and have organized their design staff accordingly. |
We do the layout you design the trusses
The modeling, or layout process is the most static portion of the design process. The objective of the modeling phase is to create a digital building using MiTek's state of the art framing software prior to the truss design process. Your machinery, inventories and experience, developed over time, is reflected in the truss design. If you would prefer to keep this expertise in-house, we fully understand that.
Component Runner has a team of USA Project Managers, (PM's) with 15+ years of industry experience to manage a design team of design technicians in USA and India. The Project Manger initially reviews each job prior to sending it to the Design Team and when it's returned. They are your point of contact and will become an extended member of your design team. This team approach provides the perfect balance between expertise and low price.
When we deliver the job to you, your staff will easily design the trusses using profile information we provide. This division of responsibility provides a solution for 70% of the job and puts the control back in your hands for the remaining 30%.
We call this "Outsourcing That Makes Sense".
