The average Building Modeling and Truss Design rate for 2008 was $25/hour

The average rate for wall panel detailing for 2008 was $25/hour

The average rate for material estimating was $21/hour

With us you pay as you go.

Activity based pricing is a time proven approach and we believe it is the fairest approch to pricing.

A detailed time tracking sheet will be provided with each job with full disclosure on activities.

Our objectives are long-term and we are committed to delivering a quality product at a fair price.

There are no long-term contracts or hidden costs. You can use us only when needed or as a virtual extension of your time.

Why not use a simple hourly rate?

The ratio of Project Manager and Design Team involvement varies from job to job based on complexity, and this variance affects the price. Therefore, a difficult job requiring more expert time will cost more per hour than a standard job.

The larger the job, the lower the rate.
The more complex, the higher the rate.

Our philosophy is simple. You pay only for what you need.

How can we start working together?

Component Runner, LLC has been in business since July 2007. As of February 2009 we have processes over 500 jobs for over 40 MiTek customers. There is no customer too big or too small for Component Runner and there is no job too big or too small either.

We routinely do both truss and wall panel detailing for Residential, Commercial and Multi-Family jobs.
