Project Managers (PM)

People in the structural building components industry know that experienced component designers are hard to find and command high salaries for their knowledge and expertise, especially if they successfully balance productivity and accuracy.

Project Managers are key to Component Runner.

At Component Runner only highly experienced component technicians become Project Managers. PM's have a minimum of 10 years experience and are veterans in component design. PM's are responsible for each job. They lead a team of design team technicians and ensure that each job is assigned, monitored and checked thoroughly. PM’s will have strong industry experience and act as the liaison between you and the Design Team.

Design Team (DT)

Component Runner has a large pool of trained design team members in India. Design teams take daily direction from the Project Managers.
